Shipping Charges

For your convenience, New Freedom Solutions offers a flat $5.95 standard shipping rate for all orders delivered in the continental United States. 

Alaska and Hawaii:  Some of the products we carry are available for immediate shipping for the flat rate of $5.95.  Please call our toll free number for more information about which products are available and further details.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via FedEx Standard, FedEx Home Delivery, or UPS. Samples are typically shipped from Florida using FedEx Home Delivery, although in a few cases we may use the United States Postal Service.
Because we represent several brands and use several suppliers, products may be shipped from different locations and may be received on different days. We will immediately pass on any tracking information we receive on your order. Regardless of the number of boxes being shipped, each order in the continental United States remains a flat $5.95.

Shipping Boxes

With the exception of product samples and individual bags, all case quantity items are shipped in the original manufacturers' boxes which may be printed with the product, product information, and/or manufacturer's name. Manufacturers' boxes for Attends, Tranquility and Select products are unmarked boxes.  Abena boxes contain some markings, but none that reveal the contents.  All samples are shipping in discreet packaging.

Order Processing Time
Most orders placed on business days by 5 pm Eastern Time are processed the same day and shipped by the next business day. Orders place on the weekends will be processed on the following business day, which is usually Monday.  Occasionally issues beyond our control such as weather, backordered products or glitches with our distributors will affect shipping time.

Delivery Time
For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within approximately 1 to 6 business days. After your order is shipped we will send a shipping confirmation with available tracking information once it is received from our suppliers.
